We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid Shipping across India.
Estimated delivery timeline:
Metro Cities: 1–3 business days
Other Cities: 4–7 business days
Remote / Rural Areas: 6–9 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on courier workload, festival seasons, weather, or location.
💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on most products.
You pay only when the product reaches you.
If the customer is unavailable during delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery.
📍 Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive:
A Tracking ID, and
A Tracking Link to monitor your order in real time.
You can also track your order anytime through the Order Tracking page on our website.
🚫 Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
kitchen-master is not responsible for:
Wrong or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Failed delivery attempts due to the customer being unavailable
Refusal to accept the parcel
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing the order.
🔁 Return to Sender (RTS)
If a COD order is returned due to rejection or non-delivery, we may disable COD for future orders from that customer to prevent misuse.
